An important day for C Waterhouse and Sons and Heathfield Funeral Service. We were delighted to welcome Kathryn Edwards from The Good Funeral Guide who visited us to perform a thorough and detailed inspection of our premises. The inspection was very detailed, focussing on our premises, vehicles, standards, ethos and the knowledge, skill and professionalism of our staff.
We are delighted to announce, that following such scrutiny, we have been awarded Recommended status by The Good Funeral Guide and are now the only Independent Funeral Director in our locality to hold this accolade.
