Make a donation to Africa Inland Mission International

Africa Inland Mission had its beginning in the work of Peter Cameron Scott. In October 1895, AIM’s first missionary party arrived off the East African coast and set their sights “inland” toward the centre of the continent where many of Africa’s people remained untouched by the message of the gospel.

120 years later, AIM remains true to this original calling, as we set our sights on Africa’s remaining unreached peoples wherever they may live – from the centre of Africa to the cities of Europe. Vision 2020 is a five year strategy in step with our global ‘Ends’: With priority for unreached people groups, Christ-centered churches among all African peoples. This represents an overwhelming challenge.

Make a donation to Bible Society

Bible Society was established in 1804 to promote the circulation and use of the Scriptures. We offer the Bible to the world because we think it is an incredible thing, worth treasuring, sharing, considering and living. We make Scriptures available where there are none. We work to help the church engage with the Bible more effectively. We endeavour – through the arts, education, media and politics – to make the Bible available, accessible and credible in our culture. The Society’s Patron is HM The Queen and its President is The Rt Revd & Rt Hon Richard Chartres, the Bishop of London.

All donations made online by debit or credit card payment are processed by ‘Memory Giving’, please click here for their terms and conditions. Donations made through ‘Memory Giving’ are dealt with solely by ‘Memory Giving’, which pass the donated funds direct to the chosen charity. Donations are accepted up to 6 weeks after a funeral. When the donation page closes the family will be sent details by ‘Memory Giving’ listing all donations made.
‘Memory Giving’, similar to other on-line payment services, deduct 5% from each donation to cover their administrative costs. Debit & credit card payments are transacted via Tyl who charge up to a 2% fee for processing each donation. These deductions are NOT applicable on any Gift Aid element of a donation. Neither C. Waterhouse & Sons or Heathfield Funeral Service receive any form of fee or commission from anyone donating via ‘Memory Giving’. If you qualify for Gift Aid please tick where indicated on the donation page as this potentially increases your donation by up to 25% which, in our opinion, far exceeds the additional ‘Memory Giving’ charges.
