Dorothy Waterhouse began helping her father with running C. Waterhouse & Sons in her early 20's. As her father approached retirement Dorothy took on more of the undertaking work, from cleaning cars, to doing the accounts and everything in between. Dorothy's overriding ethos, which still permeates every fibre of the business today, is to care for families and to support their individual wishes and arrangements.
