Eastbourne Crematorium opened in Langney, just outside Eastbourne in 1960. The cemeteries within the grounds opened just a couple of years earlier in 1957. The grounds surrounding the crematorium have been thoughtfully designed. The gardens and areas perfectly complement and emulate the beautiful Sussex countryside that can be found all around the nearby area.
